Alcohol Screening Questions

Answering these twelve questions will take only a few minutes, and will generate personalized results based on your age, gender and drinking patterns. Your responses are completely confidential and anonymous. See the privacy policy for more.

The questions below refer to your use of alcoholic beverages within the past year. Answer the questions as honestly and accurately as you can. One drink is defined as 12 ounces of beer, 5 ounces of wine, or one standard cocktail (1.5 ounces of 80-proof liquor).

About the test
